We believe in the verbal inspiration of the Bible, in the deity of Jesus Christ, the virgin birth, the blood atonement, the bodily resurrection, and the personal, visible, bodily return of Jesus Christ to the Earth.
The Mt. Zion Baptist Church family welcomes you to worship and serve God with us.
If you don not have a church home where you are happy and actively engaged in worship and Christian service, we invite you to join us. You may present yourself for membership upon one of the following invitations.
If you have never publicly acknowledged Christ as your Lord, you may be saved now by repenting of your sins and calling upon God to save you as you accept Christ as your personal Savior and Lord. The Bible teaches that when we have accepted Christ, we must confess Him before men. This you may do by presenting yourself to the church for "believer's" baptism and membership.
If you are a born again Christian and a member of another Baptist Church of like faith and order, you are invited to present yourself for membership upon promise of your letter.
If you are a born again Christian and a member of a Church other than Baptist, we invite you to join in our fellowship through a testimony in "believer's" baptism.
If you have been saved and baptized by immersion in "believer's" baptism into a Baptist Church of like faith and the record of your membership is lost, you may join upon a statement of your prior experience.
As God leads you, we invite you to be a part of the family of God and the Mt. Zion Baptist Family. You may come forward during the invitation time following our worship services and present yourself for membership on the basis of the criteria set forth above. We pray that God will bless you as you seek to know and do his will.
